VisitSoftTerms of Service
These terms govern use of VisitSoft, a visitor and front-office management application operated by Camsoft Group Limited, Douala, Cameroon ("we", "us"). By using VisitSoft you agree to these terms.
1. The service
VisitSoft lets an organisation manage visitors, appointments, audiences, interactions and follow-ups, and connect its own third-party accounts such as Google Business Profile, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Zoom.
2. Accounts
Accounts are issued by the organisation's administrator. You must keep your credentials confidential, use only the access your role grants, and tell your administrator promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use VisitSoft to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malicious code, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or interfere with the service's security or operation.
4. Third-party services
When an administrator connects a Google, Microsoft, Zoom or other account, use of that service is also governed by its provider's terms. The organisation must be entitled to manage the accounts, business profiles and calendars it connects. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
5. Data
The organisation remains responsible for the personal data it enters into VisitSoft and for having a lawful basis to process it. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep VisitSoft available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, misuse of accounts, or information entered by users.
8. Suspension and termination
We or the organisation may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms. The organisation may stop using VisitSoft at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
