Frequently asked questions
How often will I receive it?
Once a month, occasionally one extra email for an important event.
Why do I have to confirm my address?
To make sure it was really you who signed up and that the address is right. Without confirmation you receive nothing.
I didn't get the confirmation email.
Check your spam or Promotions folder. You can also sign up again after a few minutes and a new link will be sent.
How do I unsubscribe?
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or your mail app's unsubscribe button. It takes effect immediately.
Is it available in French and Spanish?
Yes. The language of the page you sign up from is saved; you can change it in your preferences.
