How it works
- Open reception
Each agent sees their touchpoint and expected arrivals.
- Check in the arrival
The guided flow applies your policies automatically.
- Direct
To the host, a queue or a meeting room.
The thirty seconds that matter
A visitor's arrival is decided in seconds: being recognised if expected, knowing where to go, not repeating their name three times. A VisitSoft reception desk shows the agent today's list and guides each arrival, so nobody has to know every rule by heart.
The check-in flow
- Find the expected visitor or create their record
- Check identity under the rule for their visitor type, with photo and scanned ID if required
- Record the purpose and host, or choose the queue
- Print or hand over the badge
- Notify the host or hand out a queue ticket
Several entrances, one register
A main entrance, a service counter, a security post at the gate: each is a touchpoint with its own assigned staff. Each agent sees what concerns them, while management sees every visit across the site.
When reception is overloaded
A QR code printed at the entrance opens a bilingual form on the visitor's phone. They enter their own details and the agent only validates. At peak times the queue at the desk moves faster.
What equipment you need
A computer or tablet with a browser is enough. A webcam for photos and a document scanner for ID are recommended. A badge printer helps if you hand out badges.
