Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get an answer?
Every confirmed request gets a response deadline. You are told by email as soon as it is reviewed or scheduled.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder. The link stays valid for 48 hours; after that, send a new request.
Can I ask for a demo instead?
Yes: the Request a demo page is made for that. An audience is for meetings and in-depth conversations.
